I was delighted to find Influenster’s Recyclings VoxBox in my mailbox because I didn’t know I had been selected to participate in the campaign and the Recyclings toys are exactly what my kids are into these days. The Recyclings toys are made from 70% plastics making them an eco friendly toy option. The Recyclings characters include creatures consisting of animals, food, and objects. The characters are small, fun, and affordable. One aspect of the toys that some may appreciate is that they contain a hole in the bottom so they can also function as pencil toppers. This might be fun for kids to use while they are drawing or writing on their own but seems like it would be very distracting in an educational setting.
Overall, my girls really enjoyed playing with these toys as they are in a season where they really enjoy playing pretend. The characters are cute and bright colored and although I don’t necessarily go out of my way to purchase toys that are made of recycled plastic, I think it’s neat that such toys exist. Recyclings can be found at Walmart would be a great addition to an Easter basket .
