I was excited when I learned that I would be receiving Influenster’s Eva NYC VoxBox. I’ve loved using their Mane Magic Primer after having been introduced to it by Influenster a few years ago. It is the main product I use when straightening my hair. The Eva NYC Tone It Down! Blonde products are for colored hair and although I don’t get my hair colored, I was looking forward to trying the shampoo and conditioner.
Eva NYC Tone It Down! Blonde Shampoo
The Eva NYC Tone It Down! Blonde Shampoo smells great. My hair hasn’t been colored in over a decade yet this shampoo still worked to make it appear bright. Due to this aspect of the shampoo, I can go more days between washes because my hair doesn’t start to look greasy as soon as it typically does when I use other shampoos. I’ve been against the idea of buying a shampoo that would be solely for me and not my family but this one might change my mind because I enjoy using it so much.
Eva NYC Tone It Down! Blonde Conditioner
The Eva NYC Tone it Down! Blond Conditioner smells great just like the shampoo. I noticed that my hair was super soft after using it and if my hair were colored, I would certainly purchase this conditioner to care for it. I typically use more conditioner than shampoo because my hair is naturally curly and it seems to need extra moisture. I’ve used the conditioner along with the shampoo for testing purposes but I’m not sure that I’d make it my primary conditioner because after using it up I still had shampoo leftover. There is a larger bottle of both the shampoo and conditioner available for purchase however since my hair isn’t colored, it’s not worth it to me to spend the extra money on the conditioner. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using these Eva NYC products and highly recommend checking them out if you have colored hair.
